Go out into the natural world!
While this may not directly help in solving the problem of climate change, research has shown that being in nature profoundly improves your mental health and well-being. A study also showed that time spent in nature is associated with pro-environmental attitudes.
Bonus: reconnect with the nature inside you.
Nature is not separate from us. Rivers of blood flow in our veins, we inhale the oxygen released by the trees, and worlds of microorganisms thrive inside our bodies.
